I’m at the end of my 6 week body transformation challenge and I have really enjoyed it! As someone who is very unmotivated about exercise, I was surprised by how excited I was to go to the sessions after just the first week! Alex, V and Sam are such lovely coaches who always make the sessions fun, and easily accessible for different levels of fitness/injuries. It’s such a lovely community, everyone is so friendly and supportive, such a great place to work out!

I've been going to gyms for 30 years but have never met the goals I set myself. 5 weeks into my 6 week challenge and i have already joined indefinitely and cancelled my existing gym membership... Alex, V and Charlotte are the support, encouragement and accountability that you need. Yes, the sessions are hard, every day is different but most of all, it's fun. The best environment I have experienced, great trainers, members and I can't wait to smash all my goals moving forward.

I cannot recommend Fit Body Bristol enough! I had reservations about starting the 6 week challenge, I am very self-conscious and in the past have not enjoyed the gym at all but as soon as I walked into Fit Body it was a welcoming and encouraging community! I joined Fit Body Bristol 2 and a half years ago and I’ve never regretted it. It is unlike any other gym I’ve been to. Alex and his team are always looking to improve their service to the gym users by offering a variety of workouts, investing in new gym equipment and tailoring workouts to all abilities. I recently completed the 6 week challenge at Fit Body and cannot thank the trainers enough for their support and motivation! The classes were fun,varied and empowering. The atmosphere is really welcoming and friendly . I highly recommend Fit body especially if like me you don’t like the gym and struggle to motivate yourself to work out as you will leave each session feeling like you have smashed it!
