I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for First Thought Care. The management are amazing and supportive and the job was incredibly rewarding. First Thought Care work hard to make you feel a part of the family and I would definitely recommend working here.

Very quick in terms of response. Phone call back the same day and interviewed the same day. Offered the job and I accepted. The next day I was in the office handing in paperwork and filling bits out. From the time of the phone call to my first shift is 72 hours! Very easy people to talk to and very understanding. Very professional and I'm happy to work for them! 😀

I was offered an interview after them saying my CV was great. My age is clearly stated on my CV and on the assessment they made me fill out. They offered me the job and I accepted it. After a few days of me having the job (not started yet) they turned around and said I am not allowed the job because of my age when it was stated everywhere it needed to be.
