  • James has been great. I've been his client for 6 months now and I am happy with my progress. For example, I am now able to run 5km comfortably (I struggled to run for even 1 minute when I first started!). I have also experienced wider health benefits from exercise - more energy and greater confidence in myself. I can definitely recommend him to anyone.

  • I have worked with James since April and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. My fitness levels have increased so much and I feel better in myself. When I first started with James I could only do 2 push ups from my knees, now I can do 50 full push ups! The sessions are good fun and James is calm and patient. All my progress is tracked using a fitness app. Thank you James for giving me my confidence back.
