First Aid Safety Training

I recently completed the 1st Aid for Mental Health course with Fast-firstaid: The course and instructor, Andrew were excellent throughout, meaning I and my fellow delegates got more out of the training than we could have imagined. Thoroughly recommended training provider, and if you've never thought about mental health first aid - try it, you will definitely be surprised!
