Great course, well paced and delivered to a high standard.

This is an excellent training day - and I have been on many - delivered by an expert, i.e., not someone who read it in a book but someone with first-hand knowledge. Highly recommended.

I would thoroughly recommend First Aid at Hand, both as a new trainee or a refresh course. Chaz is very experienced, both in Emergency 1st Aid, but also as a teacher/trainer. She shared so many different experiences she has encountered, both as Community Responder and her work with the Coastguard. This was my 3 year re-qualification course and I now feel so much more confident in my First Aid skills. The course was very engaging, informative and practical and kept my interest throughout. The trainer Chaz is clearly a very experienced First Aider as well as trainer and I enjoyed her teaching style.

Everyone should do this course, Chaz is an excellent trainer in First Aid and gives lots of examples from her experience. Great pace, great delivery, excellent content and an Awesome training service.
