Attended a session midweek and was highly impressed! Paul is well versed and knowledgable in getting the best out of a fitness session. Came away feeling like I had done a pretty good workout without the feeling of gone that bit too far. Be aware this is not your do or die american warrior style functional fitness but the actual holistic and beneficial to health fitness that everyone should strive for! Look forward to going back.

What can I say Coach Paul is fantastic. After three knee operations and hardly being able to walk with out being in pain. I have nearly a full range of movement in my knees again. The family atmosphere and the attention given to injuries is first class. Try Paul it you have mobility problems or just want to get fit.

This is a unique gym and Paul is both a nationally and internationally recognised coach. I have been a member for 8 years and can only be grateful that I had the courage to walk through the doors. Without doubt it has been a life changer for both health and fitness levels. I am so proud and grateful be part of the Firepower family.

My happy place 😍 I’ve been a member of the Firepower family for 9+ years since I retired from work. This is most definitely the best gym around..it’s not for everyone you have to let go of your ego and be prepared to take the advice of one of the best coaches around. Been a member of this unique gym for a few years after becoming disillusioned with other bigger corporate gyms. You always receive 1:1 excellent individual tuition from Paul which you dont get anywhere else without paying for PT. Paul always puts health and structure first, carefully watching to ensure you dont sustain injuries, whilst encouraging you to stretch your capabilities.
