This was just absolutely 5star experience! Mike is a pro in fly fishing and in the kitchen! My birthday was super special thanks to his efforts! Haddock, bream, mackerel, squid and desserts out of this world! He even made me like oysters! I am definitely coming back! Thank you Mike!

The whole experience was fun. We enjoyed fishing and Mike supported everyone in making sure it was a success. Filleting the fish wasn’t pretty but it was all part of the experience. Having Mike cook and chat with us was wonderful. He had many delicious dishes and my favorites came in the last 3 dishes which included a dessert you want to save room for. Enjoy!

What an incredible experience! Michael provides a truly VIP service and incredibly knowledgeable in both fishing and all things cuisine. Having not fly fished before, with Michael’s tuition, we were quickly up and running and bagged ourselves a couple lovely looking trout.
