Filey Sports Bar And Lounge

First time I've been there, I was there for a poker league game over the Christmas period 22. I enjoyed it and I certainly will be going back. Great banter with the locals and although I don't play snooker, it seemed very well organised and equipped. Prices of drinks are very reasonable.

Ferry disappointed, rang in the afternoon to ask if boxing was on and they said it was ,, turned up at 8ish and was not on so ask them behind the bar and they said not putting it on because not a lot of people in.. 😤😤

We were in Filey for our anniversary and Liam from Downcliff Hotel recommended this place to us. I'm so glad he did what a lovely place to come and relax. We had a few games of pool then a few games of snooker. The bar staff was so friendly I had never felt relaxed like this in a long time. Thank you Martin and the other bar staff for making us feel welcome. Will definitely be back xxx

Was a bit nervous to walk in as it's hidden upstairs and I felt sure when I opened the door the music would stop and everyone would turn and stare at me like in an old Western movie. It was fine though. Nice and quiet pool/snooker room is great for any skill level. Available cues are decent quality but I couldn't find any chalk. Will bring my own next time. Good bar. Full of decent people . I went in kn Saturday. Ended up chatting with the locals all welcoming. Beer was good and well priced. Sorted us a taxi out to get back to the caravan. Highly recommend paying the place a visit
