I was recommended using Stuart by my physio after I tore my ACL playing rugby. Stuart helped massively in getting me back to playing in 8 months. He gave detailed rehab and staged rehab programs that progressed through my time after surgery. As well as with the rehab, Stuart helped me in getting back to fitness after a year out from rugby. Stuart has been my personal trainer for over 6 months now and it has been absolutely fantastic.
