Convenient, fun and the right level for anyone. Ali's 45 minute sessions go quickly and are a joy to attend. Every session is so different and ALL levels are catered for. I have been so impressed at the level of strength I have gained from these sessions which has transferred to make all other activities I do so much easier and injury free. I love my Monday morning session with Ali. The exercises are very well planned, so I have a fantastic workout every week and have definitely seen improvement in strength and overall fitness levels. It is a great way to start the week!

Ali has worked wonders to help me reach my fitness goal of completing a 5k mudathon in under 3 months. She has been great with her motivation and support, always encouraging me to keep trying. Ali provides a balanced personal online program and is always available for extra support and guidance. Ali is an amazing personal trainer who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and motivational. I have never been a very active person and I lacked the confidence to exercise where other people could see me. Ali is patient and kind and her classes are loads of fun from the comfort of my own home.
