Great lake.

Lovely place to fish and unwind. Quiet and picturesque with fish that are in immaculate condition. With a good head of catfish, mirror and common carp along with some grass and koi carp. For the match fisherman the lake also has plenty of roach, skimmers, bream 5lb+ and perch 3lb+. Owners are very friendly and always happy to offer advice. They even brought me an ice cream and cold beer out when it was baking hot 👍👍

Cracking lake with plenty of big fish!

Wonderful views of Beacon Fell and a little piece of hidden paradise. Decent sized carp and catfish caught on a regular basis. Low number of members in syndicate (15) means that when you do turn up, you’re not struggling to find a peg. Owners are friendly and accommodating.
