We are new to caravans and decided to book a course with Fliss prior to collecting our first one. Fliss was absolutely excellent, so knowledgeable and professional taking us through the basics of hitching up, correct loading before practising manoeuvring, reversing towards and into a pitch This was followed by practice in towing through differing road conditions through town and rural locations. Enjoyed an excellent training day with Fliss - Fliss came to my home and we set up my car and caravan. Covering loading, nose weight and all pre checks . She then took my on a driving route to gain confidence on all sorts of roads , culminating in reversing and parking up. She knows her stuff! Post course notes received. Now feel confident to share driving with my husband and build on new towing skill. Fliss is very friendly and a very knowledgeable instructor- go for it!

Fliss tailored the course to our needs as we wanted more time on the road. From being nervous driving out of the car park at the start of the day to driving throughout the town, around roundabouts, narrow streets, reversing on narrow country lanes and reversing on a pitch on site, Fliss was calm and professional and gave my wife and I the confidence to tow. I had the most amazing day with Felicity building my confidence to drive my new Motorhome. I was too sacred to try without her. She a warm and friendly person who put me at ease and explained a number of essentials about the Motorhome before we even started driving.
