Over the last 12 months I have seen a massive improvement in my posture. My relationship with the gym has changed too, I use to just go to lose weight, now I enjoy it because I feel strong, and I now look forward to going, thanks to Chris. Chris has helped enormously in helping me realise how being consistent, and keeping my body moving can help reduce my back pain, and I’m feeling the strongest I have felt in a very long time. I feel like myself again.

I look forward to our sessions, that we’ve been having since 2019. I learn a lot, each exercise is broken down into easy steps, allowing me to understand how the movements should feel and which muscles should be working. Chris is very friendly and approachable, I can ask as many questions as I like even if they sound silly.
