  • I cannot thank Tom and his team enough for their support and encouragement in making me lose 7.2kg in over six weeks. At first I was a little nervous, but after a couple of weeks I've befriended those who are there, just like you, to lose weight and build muscle. The trainers I've had, Jack & Ollie are really engaging, always there to help you with each workout. 100% worth the time and money, I highly recommend it and I've signed up to stay on for a further 12 months. Beats going to the gym!

  • Before joining TK I felt achy, lethargic and my mood was low a lot of the time. I joined the 6 week challenge 6 months ago and haven't looked back. I've stuck with it because I feel better than I ever have before. Tom and the team are fantastic. If you give them your best effort, they will get you results.
