A really well structured and brilliantly taught course. I was very pleased with the emphasis on learning techniques.

I had a wonderful day learning spoon carving. Jack is a great teacher; he’s welcoming, gentle, knowledgable and has obviously had a lot of experience. His teaching style was very clear, especially regarding health and safety. Although he kept a close eye on us he had a relaxed air and never panicked. I’m really chuffed to have developed a new skill, enjoyed the complaint of other people and ended up with a spoon that I feel very proud to have made. A highly recommended day!
