I wish we have found Colin sooner! He is the best sprinting coach you can hopeful. He dramatically changed my son's running techniques during his 5 sessions with him. After we left UK, Colin has been doing video analysis and gave my son specific exercise to correct his running forms and built up his sprinting speed. I have noticed huge difference in my son's football playing. He is much quicker and running at much more explosive speed!
