I’m SO grateful to have started my fitness journey properly with Julian! When I started a year ago I was in constant pain and discomfort, and my a&e tally was at 12 visits haha. Julian is very friendly and also really encourages and motivates you with your workouts, He never pushes you beyond what you’re capable of at the time and pushes you a little further each session, So you’ll see the changes in your fitness levels etc. Highly recommended

I read reviews and usually take no notice as we all know how easy it is to get friends to write for you. BUT I simply cannot not write about Julian and FAR fitness . I totally endorse what has already been posted. I’ve been a member the gym for a while , out of shape and totally letting myself go, so half hearted attempts whilst there. I had a visible transformation under Julian’s guidance which has instilled a ego in me to maintain the new lifestyle. Julian is full of energy and he inspired and motivated me very effectively.
