Great classes. I go to retro fit and bounce fit ( trampolines are great fun). Sarah makes it fun to keep for for all ages.

I've been doing bounce fit with Sarah now for a while and am absolutely loving it. It's a lovely friendly class and I've been made very welcome. Sarah will give alternative moves if you have any health niggles and will advice you on how best to do things to best suit you. I look forward to going to bounce fit every week and I'm pleased, I made it a part of my weekly routine. Well done Sarah, keep up the good work and see you Wednesday😀

Sarah is a great fitness trainer, both in classes and on a 1-1 basis. She drives you, never judges and adapts exercises due to injury or issues. I have never had so much fun, than when training with Sarah (glad it is not just me that has co-ordination issues. Highly recommended.

I have had personal trainers before so I do know the difference between good and bad and Sarah is GOOD! She puts a lot of effort into preparation of sessions and motivates you to complete the session. They are always just a little bit tougher than you think you can do so you feel great when you get through Sarah knows her stuff and really gets to know her clients! She’s flexible too. I’ve been working with Sarah for just under a year now. Her PT sessions are tough, she pushes you every week but you never get bored. With tailored workouts which change weekly you never know what to expect. She gives expert advice on nutrition and excersize and I love my sessions every week 👍🏻
