I have been attending Mark's gentle Yoga classses for several years. I have a problem with my left knee and have found his exercises most helpful. The group is very friendly and the majority of us have retired. Mark allows us to work at our own level. He gets to know his group well and designs his workouts to cater for their needs. I would recommend his classes to anyone experiencing the aches and pains of getting old! Keeping active certainly helps. Thank you Mark. levellevel. He

I have been attending Mark's classes for several years now, both yoga and now modern pilates. I am a horse rider and core strength is very important for me and the classes have really helped. The venues are convenient and Mark's dry sense of humour keeps us smiling. The routines change monthly to keep things interesting and work different parts of our bodies. I've been attending Mark's yoga classes for about 7 years and Tai Chi for 3 years. Mark is a fantastic teacher and I have gained so much confidence, fitness and enjoyment from his classes. He makes all his classes fun and is extremely professional in his knowledge of the subjects he's teaching. I look forward to it every week. Thankyou Mark!

I have attended Mark's classes for several years now and i really enjoy going each week. Mark is friendly and pleasant and always helpful, he does different ability levels for each routine and he changes the routines each month to make it interesting and up to date. The classes are friendly and you get to meet lots of different people so socially it is great too. Mark is very approachable and he will answer any questions you may have willingly. I would highly recommend Mark's classes.

Two years ago I started Mark's Active Seniors class to help me recover fitness after a stroke. They have been an enormous aid on my recovery journey. Mark thinks everything through with great care and encourages us to work to our ability. His exercises are geared for our age group and aim to improve our strength, balance and all round fitness. I am 75 and find classes enjoyable and relaxing. We are a friendly sociable lot and Mark is an excellent teacher. I now go to three classes a week
