We’ve completed almost a year of Boot camp fitness for our team of 4 ladies who are part of our company. Tom and Leon put together a two day plan where we could mix up time at the gym and also outdoor training at locations around - beach fronts and parks in summer!! We highly recommend the team and a big shout out to Karina and Jo who train us all week in week out!

I've been working out with Leon for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! I was slightly nervous about starting to work out with a new trainer as a newbie in Canterbury, but Leon is not only a great trainer (very prepared and knowledgeable), he's also great to talk to, making our session a pleasure to attend ! The entire team at Exclusive Fitness are extremely knowledgeable, flexible and tailor your training to exactly what you are trying to achieve. For me personally, I have specific cycling goals to increase my power - I didn't have any knowledge of training legs and explosiveness until they taught me about form. Then came the specific power movements, then came the results. Thank you to the entire team, it's been a fantastic journey so far and will continue until I can't train anymore!

One of the best gyms in Canterbury! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere. Fantastic facilities and equipments. I am currently training with PT Leon. He's very helpful, friendly and professional. Really enjoy my sessions. Highly recommended Exclusive Fitness gym for anyone! Ana.

This gym is mega. I’ve never felt more confident. I’d would recommend it for all levels. Director Tom has helped me smash my gym goals. Using his proven track record of competing at the highest level and by applying those principles to a whole range of health and fitness related targets, he was able to train me to achieve the physique I dreamt of.
