Chris is a fantastic personal trainer who truly cares about his clients’ well-being and progress on their health and fitness journey. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Chris has been amazing over the last 3 months! He takes the time to explain things and motivates you in a quietly assertive way to make the sessions hard work but still enjoyable. Probably the biggest thing he has helped me with is the advice around what I can be doing to improve my overall health and fitness on top of exercise. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and I now sleep much better and have so much more energy. Highly recommended!

Taking a personal training session was a very positive and energising experience that I would recommend to anyone of any fitness level. I hadn't done any sort of session like it before so was apprehensive but needn't have been; the personally tailored exercises were simple enough, no heavy gym equipment needed so I feel I can build them into my daily fitness goals. Chris is a great cheerleader too!

We worked with Chris on a healthy lifestyle project in West Pilton Park. Chris is committed to providing fun, friendly and accessible fitness for the community. Rabble has been amazing for our community groups. The format of the sessions make the focus on fun and team work allowing people to really connect.
