I cannot recommend Matt highly enough. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him for many years now. Matt’s done wonders in helping me shed a load of excess weight. I’ve also learned so much about technique and how to target specific muscle groups through the training plans Matt has put together for me. Knowledge I’ll have forever now. I worked with Matt for around six months at the end of 2021 and start of 2022 and lost a stone in that time.
