Beautiful new gym and a fantastic selection of top spec equipment (and music!). Sessions led by Eliel who has great energy and always makes sessions fun and extremely varied - no two sessions are the same. Highly recommended.

I’ve been training for years met some great Personal trainers over time, but Eliel is on a different level. His knowledge on all things health/fitness related is second to none. He takes the time to explain each routine/exercise/set - why, how and what to expect and the results have been fantastic. Highly recommend him no matter what your level of fitness is. Personally, I have never felt better and at 52 long may it continue! 💪🏼
