Evolution Mma

I have been going to BJJ sessions at Evolution for a couple of months now and I’m really enjoying it. Steve is a very knowledgeable coach who gives clear instruction to the group and is always happy to go over things on a one to one basis if you’re struggling. All the guys and girls are really nice and are also happy to give advice/guidance. Over all a very welcoming gym.

Been training at Evolution for a few months now, Top quality training from a great coach Steve. Really great environment around the gym with friendly members who are all willing to help you get better. Can’t recommend enough. If you fancy trying out MMA, wrestling or BJJ this is the place to be.

Steve is a great coach and a very knowledgeable martial artist. I started Jiu-Jitsu here 10 months ago and lost 20lbs at least! The atmosphere and the other students are brilliant and helpful, and the club culture is great. 10/10 would recommend, all abilities and levels are welcomed.

Honestly couldn't praise Evolution MMA high enough. Steve is really good at what he does, and is well invested in teaching and helping you improve in any of the disciplines you decide to take up. The classes are usually run as group sessions but you still get that 1-on-1 time with him because he takes the time to come over, speak to you and correct any mistakes you are making during drills. Members of the club are also very welcoming and help you out all the time... you never feel left out.. ...

I started 121 sessions with Steve at Evolution a month or so ago and it’s been the best decision I have ever made! Physically & mentally he has helped me out loads!! - I’m always looking forward to it and just can’t wait to see all the improvements in myself on every session! Steve always gives you that push you need and is so knowledgeable I couldn’t have a better Trainer! I can’t thank you enough Steve! :)
