  • Evolution Cycling 🚴‍♀️ provided me with a brilliant training plan which has improved my overall cycling, speed, strength & endurance. Neil’s communication was excellent explaining what we aimed to achieve form certain sessions helping me push myself & give me confidence.

  • This has been my 3rd year with Neil @Evolution Cycle Training. My goals were the Haute Route events in France and Italy. I found the training plans to be very unique to me and focussed on the areas that improved my performance. I received amazing 1-2-1 support during the actual events which I’m sure other trainers do not provide. This makes Evolution the only choice for me to develop my fitness and ability. I would very highly recommend this business

  • I turned to Neil at Evolution Cycle Training during lockdown when my motivation to train was at an all-time low. Although I am more of a recreational cyclist than a racer, he brought new focus to my efforts to stay both physically and mentally fit and healthy, and for this I am still grateful! It is great to be able to work on a training programme with someone who understands both the needs of recreational and serious cyclists alike. Highly recommended.

  • Neil provided a stretching yet achievable training plan that improved not only my fitness and technique but also my overall enjoyment of cycling. His coaching was delivered in a highly motivating manner that explained the ‘what’ and ‘why’ for each session. Neil provided a holistic approach that included all aspects of training and diet that resulted in a measurable improvement in my cycling performance. Highly recommended.

  • Excellent coaching based on individual goals, proactive communication to make sure things are on track and sort out any issues. I have been with Evolution Cycle Training for 2 years now This training enabled me to get the First Lady position on Ultra Man UK 2019.
