Etude Coffee is a speciality, small-batch coffee roaster based in Norfolk, offering high-quality espresso and filter coffee.
We can also offer bespoke packages, so get in touch if you need some specific training.
Trainers
Amir Montazer - SCA Authorised Trainer
Amir is our founder, roaster and trainer, he is an authorised Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) trainer in all of the modules, he is also a certified world judge for coffee competitions including Barista, Brewing and Roasting.
Over the years he has trained in a lot of cities around the world including 2 barista camps (Portugal and Poland) and trained over 300 baristas around the world.
He's been teaching about coffee now for more than 8 years and helping others learn is one of his biggest passions.
Grant Eastell - Coffee and Brewing Workshop Leader
Grant can often be found behind the roaster, paying close attention to the roasting process and ensuring our coffee tastes great.
He leads a number of our coffee workshops, including Home Barista, From Farm to Cup and more.
Grant loves sharing his enthusiasm for speciality coffee with others and helping them broaden their knowledge.
Ben Skaife - Latte Art Workshop Leader
Benny is the lead Barista behind the bar at The Silo Café, with four years professional experience working in speciality coffee and many more interested in it.
He is passionate about teaching others and helping them to have fun with latte art so that they too can create and present beautiful coffee.
Benny delivers our in-person latte art workshops and masterclasses which take place regularly at The Silo.
