Ethan is a great PT! He is really friendly, knowledgeable, and I'd recommend him to anyone wanting to get stronger or fitter. Not having had much of a background in weightlifting I am now really comfortable on the main lifts and each session whilst varied, sought to focus on progression and hitting new PBs. I also really liked the initial focus on diet and nutrition which kept me honest and accountable, ultimately leading to much better dietary habits.

Ethan has been a fantastic PT, making sure each session is varied and fun but pushing me a little further each time! Even after a knee dislocation, Ethan worked with me on strength training to aid my recovery and really listens to your needs and goals. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Ethan is a great personal trainer. I have been intimidated by gyms in the past but his incremental training programme and endless enthusiasm made the whole process stress free… before I knew it I was lifting weights and doing full push-ups! Highly recommend.

I trained with Ethan for nearly a year and loved our sessions. I had never done boxing before and Ethan was such a brilliant and patient teacher, and it also massively improved my strength. Overall I’ve never felt fitter and healthier! Ethan is really encouraging, a great communicator and our sessions were always fun. I’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
