Lucy’s classes are great! Really fun and relaxed but just the right level to help me get back into exercise after my second baby and c section. You can do everything at your own pace and she provides different options depending on where you are in your post natal journey.

Coaching through Lucy has been a really positive 1st experience. The workouts clear and progressive, are adaptable if 'life' happens; she is very supportive with a realistic but can do attitude; prompt responses to questions; easy communication with workable options e.g. what's app, telephone calls etc. I was ready & confident for my event.

I had a great time working with Lucy. She is kind and compassionate and I felt she really cared about my training, results and wellbeing. Making the step up to 70.3 triathlon distance was daunting but Lucy was able to break down my training into easy weekly chunks with support such as training peaks cycle and run plans which transferred directly to my Garmin for ease. Absolutely love Lucy’s workouts, the only ones I have ever stuck to! She has lots of different times available so I can hop onto whatever group works for me. She also has her own baby in class sometimes which is lovely and makes you feel super comfortable when your own baby is climbing all over you! Lucy's classes are brilliant. Fun, hard work and full of tips to make sure you are doing all of the movements properly. Lucy is knowledgeable about all things to do with strengthening and conditioning muscles, and particularly knowledgeable about pregnancy and postnatal exercise - she really focuses on how to exercise safely, have a good recovery and come back stronger.
