I have been going weekly to Eteneva Fitness for many months now. Nick tailors your workouts to meet your objectives. His knowledge and enthusiasm ( and push at times ) supports me meeting my objectives. I would strongly recommend him and his approach to anyone wanting to improve fitness and/or strength, whatever age you may be

I first started going to Eteneva Fitness last year and had no idea what to expect from a personal trainer. I didn’t need to worry as Nick put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door. He has helped me to achieve my fitness goals with personalised training plans and nutritional advice in an environment which feels safe and welcoming. Nick (Doots) has helped me love exercise again. He’s got so much knowledge and a banging set up, meaning we can mix each session up. This keeps me engaged and looking forward to what we’re going to do each time. He takes the time to explain why we’re doing each exercise, gently coaches on form whilst being your biggest cheerleader. You’ll have fun and you’ll train hard. Brilliant stuff. Progress 💪🏼

Eteneva fitness have really helped me reach my fitness goals. The gym provides cutting edge equipment combined with first class coaching and training. I can’t recommend them enough.
