Etaxi Dundee

Called a taxi, got a ride from broughty ferry which was lucky. However he refused card payment and wouldn’t give me a receipt. In the end had to do a bank transfer. Very sketchy- will be reporting to the council.

Booked a taxi online and received the booking reference number, so it definitely went through. However, I waited for 20min, and no taxi arrived at the selected time. Tried phoning them a few times but all went to voicemail (although it claims it has a 24h service, and it was 6am so it wasn't the middle of the night or anything). Definitely wouldn't recommend using the get a quote and then book on their site.

Best taxi service I have ever used! Very professional, friendly and the taxis were clean and spacious for our luggage. The drivers were also very flexible when we had to alter our schedule and were incredibly patient when our events were running late. I will use them every time from now on I come to the area!

Absolutely atrocious company. Prepaid a taxi for evening guests at my wedding. The taxi didn't turn up. Tried calling them that evening no answer. Luckily managed to get another company to pick the guests up. Not what I want to be doing when I am trying to enjoy my wedding. I have now been trying to get in touch with the company for over a week to get my money back and no one ever answers the phone. Avoid the company like the plague. They are a bunch of theives and a useless shower of ***** ...
