Essex Dog Trainer

I was having issues with my GSD puppy. Four other behaviourist and he was getting worse. We travelled 90 minutes to see Alex, and in a few hours, he was a different dog. We had to have him sedated to go to the vets prior, so I took him into the vets and they asked if he was the same dog. I am so pleased that he can be the dog we thought he could be. Would highly recommend, Alex and his team. We will be seeing them again for further advice and guidance.

Alex has helped me train all my dogs to get them to the high level of standard of training. I’ve kept them in residential training and followed up with one to one training. He is always accommodating with my dog training needs and always has answer for me if I have a question if needed. Thank you Alex for all your help over the years. Highly recommend.

We have had two sessions with Alex and both have been really helpful. He showed us how to work with our puppy and gave us useful things to do at home. Alex is very friendly and professional and the training area is a really nice area to work in. It’s helpful there are our dogs available to interact with to work on your dogs social skills.

I have been using Alex for 1-2-1 training with my Doberman puppy as well as Residential stays for 7 months now, he has trained him to be a lovely dog to have in our home and around our children. Every time he pushes the boundaries Alex teaches me how to correct his behaviour and to ensure I continue training him efficiently in between sessions when he is not there. Before finding Alex I was pulling my hair out about his behaviour and now he is really part of the family. Thank you.

Alex came out yesterday to help us with our rescue pup, Violet. I have a lot of experience with rescue dogs, but Violet had me at a stalemate - Alex has helped me understand what is going on in her head, and how to counter her actions without applying too much pressure & tipping her over the edge.
