I went to see Wendy for a body balance activation treatment last week. I was unsure what to expect but I needed help with my sleeping pattern as when I went to bed my brain would just not switch off and OMG what a difference. Since the treatment last week I have slept for a full 7 hours each night, going to bed when feeling tired and going to sleep straight away, something I haven't done for 16 months.
