Shocking service, lied to, machine 4 hours late, still charged £200 for 4 hours of use. Promised call backs never happened. never use again and dispute with credit card payment ongoing. See them in court for such a shoddy lying transaction, full of false promises, but cant deliver the goods Look beyond the fabricated good reviews

Previously hired a wood chipper from these guys, the driver gave me a quick run through on how to operate the chipper on delivery, great customer service on the phone, very accommodating, hire prices are well under others in the area...I don't normally do reviews but I just hired a cement mixer for collection and made it very easy on the phone.

I needed to hire a pallet truck same day, when I called I was told they didn't have one but they would try to sort one out for me. I was called back within an hour to say one was available and ready to collect. Really good service and would recommend to others.

Fantastic service from the Ermin team! Nothing was too much trouble for them - the breaker I hired was in great condition and was just what I needed. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again!

I've hired a mini digger and a set of drain rods before and service each time was excellent. I was given a comprehensive guide on how to use the digger controls and the hire fee was really good (the lowest I could find I think). Wouldn't really want to go anywhere else in all honesty because you know exactly what you'll get with Ermin.
