Recently left the service, and completed a First Aid instructor course run by ER Systems at a new training facility in Gloucestershire. The facility was great and the training equipment was the new advanced interactive stuff that gave a more realistic experience. Amazing instructors, helpful and I was able to get after advice and direction. I would highly recommend them.

I have been with ER Systems for 2 years. Cannot fault my role and the team I work alongside. Lots of opportunities for a variety of different work options which working very interesting.

Left here after working for about 1 1/2 years, I can honestly say that the company ethos is all lies, promise you medical educational courses, shifts that you want etc and none of it happens, being Ex Army they had a recruiting drive for us and used the Armed forces covenant to access payment grants and failed all the Ex forces who joined at same time as me and all have left, as for CQC it’s all smoke and mirrors they create fake paperwork, hide ambulances on inspection etc, the crews try the...

Walked out on First Day They Promise you FREC 3 & 4 Yet Supervisors tell you that this doesn’t happen, The Ambulances are falling to pieces and are unsafe to drive never mind Transport patients or attends job. No Basic Life support bag, I already have experience but they offer no Training prior to starting, I witnessed Staff walking onto Covid wards wearing PPE incorrectly and then preforming a rapid Covid Test then complaining that it came back Negative because they wanted 10 Days off work...
