  • I am about to finish the phase one of the program and my upper body strength has increase so much. I have PB my split Jerk by 6kg and I can know do 5 unbroken strict pull up. I really enjoy the program and about to start phase 2. Thank you very much Charlie Francis.

  • I picked on recommendation by Charlie the strength olly lifting phase 1 as I knew I needed to get stronger. I love training but looked forward to training every day even more it challenged me in more ways than I could have imagined. I am a natural metcon cardio queen so had to curb this natural default and that was the hardest thing but with the support from Charlie and the group I did this x I can't wait for phase two.   • Loved the programme and have seen some fab results! All my lifts have new PB’s which is so exciting as i was stuck on the same weight for ageeeees before starting this! And im super excited that i can now do 5 unassisted pull ups! Before the programme i could do 0!! Love the way the programmes set out and the variety in there. Its taught me ways of pairing exercises that i wouldnt have preciously done as i was stuck on more of a bodybuilding split and Was reluctant to branch out from it but s...
