  • An excellent day, with our model Tanith contributing as much to to the learning experience as our tutor Brian Worley. I was easily the least-experienced of the eight course members with the least sophisticated equipment, but I never felt left out or left behind, although I did find the morning theory session quite intense t times.. We tried a number of lighting set-ups with each carefully explained. The attached portrait shots of Tanith are straight out of my camera ~ not edited in any way...

  • I have wanted to attend this course for a few years but previous dates and venues would have made it impossible for me to get there from the Midlands without an overnight stay. Nina is an excellent tutor and the course easily met my expectations. I learned so much about my camera (an EOS 7D Mkii) that made very little sense when I have gone through the owner’s handbook.   • Low Light and Night time photography course in Liverpool docks location on 21/01/19 with Nina and six students including me. WOW!!! Nina taught me a vast amount about how to get the photos you want and about those shots you cannot see but the camera can. It was a cold evening with a short shower, but that allowed us chance to see reflections in the standing water on the pavements. Very important to go through the pre-course package on their web site.   • I've been a long time subscriber of EOS Magazine and had always wanted to try one or two courses at the EOS Training Academy. I got made redundant in December 2017 and decided to spend some time getting more out of my camera and try them out. I joined the Low Light and Night Photography course in January 2018.
