I had experienced back problems regularly since my mid-thirties. My back often went into spasm, sometimes just reaching for something quickly. Even putting on shoes was a tense activity. I went through the usual “solutions” such as chiropractics, acupuncture, massage, but with zero effect beyond 24 hours. Belinda is a great teacher. She really understands her clients and works on their individual strengths and weaknesses. I'm not very good at sticking to gym routines or organised sport but I've been coming here for years as I really enjoy the classes and my core strength and flexibility has improved enormously. No more trips to the osteopath either!

I’m reviewing on my sons account but it’s actually Jonathan Bray! Belinda is not only professional but also highly qualified which, with my back problems is just what I’ve needed. She is as demanding as your body will allow but also recognises when a session needs to be less taxing. I have been going to Belinda as a private client for several years and have no doubt she has kept me fully mobile! I can’t recommend Envigour Pilates highly enough.

I have been coming to Belinda to do Reformer Pilates for about four years now and love every session. She is a real expert and knows exactly what my body needs, while keeping an eye on making sure I keep straight and safe. She changes things each session to push me, so it’s always different and fun - and we always have a laugh!

I started going to Belinda's class for post back op core strengthening and she helped me get back on track - she gives the perfect balance of challenge and sensitivity and lots of good hearted fun. I have now being going for almost 5 years and she has continued to improve how I work with my body. I have recently worked on Pilates reformers in one to one sessions and under her care and attention felt the postive effects immediately.
