I still love this place! Been a member since the start and it's not only a really friendly and welcoming place, it's a great addition to the Earlsfield community. I'm loving the workouts and seeing results - the first gym membership I've actually used more than once a year!! Well done Shane and Dave for bringing such a great place to Earlsfield!

An amazing community gym for people of all levels of strength/fitness. The owners and trainers are really knowledgeable, supporting with any injuries / niggles you might have, and generally making you feel very safe when training. Great studio gym! Shane and David are very knowledgeable and experienced instructors and classes are small and tailored to everyone's abilities/injuries. Very positive and encouraging vibe. Delighted to have this as a local business. Online classes during lockdown are a godsend, thanks guys and stay strong!

This place is awesome! Shane, David and Emily are great trainers, they have all the knowledge, are super friendly and have built an amazing community gym right in the heart of Earlsfield. Having done 6 months of SPPT, Metcon and Move classes I can say it's the best fitness regime I've ever had!

Top gym, run by two ex rugby players which means I get my 'rugby nause' fix and a workout four times per week - perfect. HIIT and Metcon classes leave me hanging out my backside, so this isn't the place for you if you like going to the gym for a walk on the treadmill and a muffin in the cafe afterwards.
