Fantastic!! The training plans are second to none and clearly tailored to suit each individual clients requirements. The thing that sets Paul apart is the level of communication he gives you, he’s always on hand to answer any questions and give you plenty of encouragement along the way and fits around your schedule perfectly. I always Feel challenged with a sense of an enjoyable work out after each session. Friendly and efficient service and would highly recommend to anyone. Cheers Paul!

I've always wanted to start going to the gym but I would always start going and stopping after a matter of weeks. I could never maintain my motivation to get fit. Since I started training with Paul I have not had this problem once. Every session with him is hard work and he pushes me to my limits which he seems to know a lot better than myself. The private gym makes it feel more relaxed and definitely calmed my nerves when I started.

I’ve been having sessions with Paul for almost a year now, he is a very knowledgeable and friendly PT. He is very motivating and the sessions are always well varied and fun. I would definitely recommend him to people who are trying to get fitter and build their confidence in the gym.

I thought I knew it all, I thought I didn’t need a trainer. Paul was recommended to me as a game changer and now I couldn’t agree more. Iv learnt heaps about my training and now I work to a plan built for me by Paul which is aimed at smashing goals that I actually care about. They are measurable and realistic. I’ve had the pleasure of being a client of Paul’s now for over 6 months.
