I have had many Personal Trainers over the years finally I have found the best ! I have finally fallen in love with exercise and that’s down to Beatrice , after a long hard day at work I look forward to my weekly sessions , she’s expert , motivational and completely changed my outlook on fitness and exercise as she gets what I like and motivates me , plus she writes me plans for my gym sessions . The gym is inviting , well equipped and the whole team lovely and welcoming .

I have been training at EMS with Amber for just over a year and can't recommend highly enough. My goals have shifted several times and Amber has consistently built programs to push beyond them. She always brings the energy and helps with creative approaches to beating the plateaus! The two classes at EMS are also awesome for all levels and the atmosphere is incredible every time!

It has been such a great experience join EMS fitness class, Javi and Bea are amazing instructors, also the the atmosphere is awesome. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Lovely experience with Beatrice and EMS. I was preparing to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks. I thought it would be a good idea to get some extra help as there aren’t too many hills down here in Norfolk. I really felt the EMS helped to push my muscles to another level. I would certainly recommend taking some sessions along with regular exercise if you are finding you need a little extra help to get you were you want to be physically. I joined EMS Fitness almost a year ago, after a year and half of no activity due to Covid. I was really struggling to get motivated to do any exercise and had put on weight during lockdown.
