Emma is an excellent coach. I am 66 years young and never done weight training with a bar and could just about do a slight squat. I now have the confidence to go to a gym and use free weights knowing that l have the correct technique and can build on my weights. I can also go 6cm lower on my squat all because Emma has given me confidence, skill and power through her experience and knowledge of weight lifting. Thank you very much Emma

Emma is friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. She made me feel at home straight away. Training with her is revolutionising my running, my body and my day to day fitness. Also her advice around nutrition has been spot on. I literally don’t know how I survived before having Emma.

Patient and professional. Also fun and motivational. Emma is a great coach. And not afraid to tell me when to just put my big boy pants on. Taken me from zero to not zero in just three months. Feeling stronger and totally enjoying the fun of getting personal bests every week. If you are looking to get over lock down unfitness then I cannot recommend Emma more. Emma is a fantastic strength coach. I came to her having never lifted weights before and not knowing what to expect. I've got stronger which has benefited my everyday life and feel great after each session. Highly recommend to any one of any age or ability.
