Lloyd did a Kickstarter programme for me and was fab! Supportive and understanding of busy parental/working life, to help make small noticeable changes. A month later I am 5lbs down and starting to feel fitter again.

I've played competitve netball for as long as I can remember. And, as a result, I've experienced multiple injuries over the years. I felt like I had a reasonably good understanding of my injuries and how to manage them. However, Lloyd's thourough assessment identified an underline issue that was making a previous condition worse. I was doing some PT sessions with Lloyd and can highly recommend them, not only was every session different and made working out fun, Lloyd was teaching me at the same time, making sure I was holding the right posture while doing the exercises, turns out I had been doing some standard exercises all wrong for some years. Lloyd helped me overcome many obstacles in my fitness by educating me on nutrition, portions and how to balance my day. Helped me achieve self confidence and gave me the edge I needed to better myself. His work ethics are second to none and I never left Lloyds sessions thinking I hadn’t worked out. For me Lloyd gives great individual guidance and is the only personal trainer I would ever want to work with.

I have trained with Lloyd for a few years now. He is honestly the best trainer I have ever trained with, and I have been with a few. I suffer with dislocations with my knees and Lloyd will see if I'm struggling and amend the training to suit me. He is so upbeat he puts you in a good mood whilst working you hard. He's become a friend as well as my trainer. He gives great advice on training as well as nutrition. Definitely recommend.
