I have been training with Will and the Empirical Fitness Team for just over a year. It's great as it is all-round fitness: strengthening, conditioning and cardio. I can notice a change feeling fitter I have more energy and have toned up. I have even been inspired enough to enter 10k running races! Can't recommend enough a very friendly, welcoming feel and Will adapts sessions to fit all levels of fitness!

I started training with Will about a year ago, barely able to string 10 push ups together, in this time he has encouraged and shown commitment not only to what he does but to all that attend his sessions.
