As soon as I first tried EMS training with Anesha at EmmenseFit I instantly loved it! Anesha is a great trainer with so much knowledge about EMS, which made the 20 minute session so much fun. I can see that it would suit all abilities and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Really looking forward to more sessions to see what results I can get! 🤩

When I first heard about ems training, I thought it was too good to be true. However once I tried it I wish I had of started it ages ago. Starting a new job I found it difficult to fit time to go gym so this couldn’t of come at a better time. I felt better after my first session and after 4 weeks I can see better results than when I was going gym 3 times a week. I’ve been doing EMS training with EmmenseFit for 2 months now and I can see results already! I much prefer my 20 minute workout a week compared to the 2-3 workouts a week I used to do. EmmenseFit have a variety of training sessions that are personalised to everyone and offer lifestyle advice too. I definitely recommended to anyone who is looking to gain muscle and get fit.
