Started training with Em in Greenwich Park during lockdown1 as lacked motivation due to gyms being closed. Her sessions are varied and challenging, and I realised how good it is to train outside. My fitness and strength has improved dramatically. I would highly recommend you give Em a try.

Em's coaching is tremendous. She is a great motivator, pays very close attention to technique and tailors each session carefully to my needs. I wouldn't want to be without my weekly class with Em!

Em is a brilliant fitness coach: she is friendly, knowledgeable, energetic and attentive to detail. She is an amazing athlete too and can motivate anyone to get fitter!

I’ve been training with M since the beginning and it s been amazingly efficient specially for my abs which were really poor. She has a very positive and contagious energy that woke me up every Sunday evening and got me through the whole confined COVID thing. Thank you for this and much more. Em is an excellent fitness coach. She really cares about genuinely helping people improve physically and also believes in the mental benefits of exercise. In classes she is clear in instruction and is a stickler for technique, meaning everyone has the opportunity to make the most of the class and do so safely. I highly recommend working with her.
