  • TAILORED JUST FOR ME: I am SO happy with the personal training package that Eloise created for me. I needed something that would inspire and motivate me towards my fitness goals while my gym is closed. Her 1:1 consultation process developed a bespoke training schedule; she keeps regular communication with me to keep me motivated and to adjust workouts accordingly. 10/10 highly recommend!

  • I started joining Eloise's class before lock down and felt in love with her style since the very first lesson. I now religiously follow her classes online and they are definitely the highlight of my week! Starting my day with her morning practice as helped me adapt some new positive and healthy habits that hopefully I won't be giving up after lock down. Thank you Eloise, I'd give you 6 stars out of 5 if I could ⭐️

  • I would highly recommend Eloise as a yoga teacher. I have been taking her classes for a few months, she has a lovely manner and class style which has translated wonderfully online since we have had to move classes to Zoom because of lockdown. She clearly knows her stuff and is passionate about what she does, which makes for really enjoyable classes. I do a lot of yoga and have had a lot of teachers, and I can say that Eloise’s classes have been some of my favourite - both in person and online.

  • Yoga with Eloise has really helped me during the Lockdown. I haven't had ergonomic seats at home and so was suffering badly from a sore neck. The yoga has worked wonders and meant I could still continue working during the lockdown. Her pace is great, she explains everything clearly and you don't need to be an expert to come along. Also, there are always different versions of poses to do depending on how experienced you are. 5 stars!

  • Training with Eloise is a game changer! I look forward to my session every week and even when I think I’m too tired/busy to workout I enjoy the sessions and leave feeling great. Eloise challenges me to improve every week whilst making training fun, accessible and strength focused. I’d recommend to anybody!
