Evie's PT sessions have motivated me to work towards my fitness goals. I look forward to my sessions which are fun and varied but also tailored to my ability and fitness level. Evie also offers advice on diet and lifestyle which are extremely helpful.

I highly recommend ELO Wellbeing for personal training. I started training with Evie after having my second baby and I am really pleased with my results so far. Evie is highly knowledgeable in post natal training and ensures that you train sensibly and safely after having a baby. Evie is really accommodating and great with children, which means that I can also bring my baby along to training sessions if needed.

I started working out with Evie after my ACL reconstruction surgery. She helped me develop confidence again in my recovering knee in running, jumping and exercising. She has been amazing in guiding me not only in exercising regularly as well maintaining a healthy diet.

I cannot recommend Evie highly enough! I am a keen runner who came to her 2 years ago with a chronic knee injury which had caused me to stop running completely. With her help she has cured the original injury and I am not only running again but running faster than before!

Evie is fantastic, helping me drop from 18 stone to 12st 8lb in the space of 9 months through 1-2-1 training sessions and nutritional advice as well as constant support to achieve my goal. I cant recommend her enough, i'd put off getting in shape all of my life and Evie broke down what we needed to do into weekly achievable goals to get the overall result fast without it feeling overwhelming
