Poor attitude Ben, I believe you should have informed us prior to our son running up an extra £180 debt with you. As the customer who initially payed for the driving lessons and as the parent It's irresponsible to carry on giving driving lessons without agreeing payment first with myself.
Also putting the phone down on me as you did not like what you were hearing, very unprofessional and frankly childish. Good luck with your business I think you will need it.
