I've worked with Elliot for nearly a year (time flies!). I'm really impressed with his dedication, positive attitude and boundless knowledge. He's taught me a lot in the gym, but he's also recommended a lot of resources to help me build a stronger mindset too. Thanks buddy!

I’ve trained with Elliot well over a year and Elliot helped me achieve what I wanted to achieve very quickly, I now see Elliot for maintenance sessions and he keeps me on track and to not slip into old habits! If you want to achieve a body that’s healthy and strong whilst still having a life Elliot is your guy!!

Elliot helped me get back in the gym after having a baby by c-section. Previously I only used the gym to attend classes and was worried about getting back into fitness after a difficult pregnancy. Elliot made me feel really comfortable and helped me set realistic goals whilst still pushing me to work hard. Thanks to Elliot I’m beginning to fall back in love with the gym! He works with you to create a totally individual plan to fit your lifestyle and is very patient and understanding. Elliot won’t give up on you, even if you try and give up on yourself

Elliot is amazing! He's very encouraging and always supportive of anything your throw at him. He's quick with advice and helps you make adjustments and gain confidence in your workouts! Also his workouts should come with a hazard warning as they are brutal and work you hard every time!
