Jason is an amazing PT who has helped me achieve multiple fitness goals in the last couple years. I am at my strongest that I’ve ever been my whole life. Jason takes a dynamic approach in his coaching and constantly builds routines and nutrition advice based on work/holiday schedule. He worked with my me when I was regaining strength in my shoulder post surgery. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and knows exactly how my to push you so you’re always improving.

Ro has been my personal trainer since October 2020. When I first started my sessions with her, I was extremely unfit. But thanks to her motivation and encouragement, I can see and feel the difference in myself and am able to do things that I couldn't do before. Her sessions are hard work - but great fun - and she is such a lovely person to talk to! I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have trained with Jason for about 10 years. His ability to invent and adapt exercises to meet specific needs, motivate and encourage me has meant that now at the age of 67 I am stronger fitter and lighter than I was 10 years ago. I see training with Jason as key to my ongoing health and well-being.
